Mark and Rhonda Koch have been married for over 20 years and have two children.
Mark was raised in St. Louis, MO, and graduated high school from Tabor Academy in Cape Code MA. He studied at Arizona State University and moved to Jackson, TN, over 35 years ago to work in the family-owned business, Kelly Foods.
Rhonda grew up in Decatur County and graduated from Riverside High School. She then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Tennessee at Martin. The Koch family has lived in Jackson, TN, for over 35 years, and it has become a wonderful home for them.
After years of working in the medical field, they opened VIP. Mark worked at Bingham Nerve and Muscle in Jackson TN and was a co founder of neuropathy clinics of Tennessee. while Rhonda began in the business office at American Health Centers. She then transitioned to a healthcare specialty setting at Digestive Disease Clinic and spent 10 years in pharmaceutical sales.Recognizing a need for services in Jackson and the surrounding areas for cash pay options, Weight loss, hormone therapy and preventive medicine they decided to open VIP Weight Loss, Anti-Aging & Quick Care Jackson, TN almost 15 years Ago.

Jess Estes Clincal Manager has been a valued part of the clinic family for 14 years, growing in multiple roles including Medical Assistant and Laser Technician before stepping into her current position as Office Manager. She is passionate about patient care and team support, and she is actively working toward her nursing degree to expand her clinical expertise even further.
With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, Susan brings knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every patient interaction. She is passionate about providing quality care and creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for those she serves.
Outside of work, Susan is a proud wife to Gary, a devoted mom to Kylie and Makayla, and a loving bonus mom to Connor. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and that same care and commitment extends to her patients each day.
Thirkuild’s career as an MA began in 2009. He graduated with honors from Sanford Brown college in Houston, Texas and received his RMA license in 2010. Following graduation, He worked in neurology and orthopedics before relocating to Mount Juliet in 2010.
He is currently thriving at VIP Weight Loss, focusing on patient care and education. He feels that working hand in hand with providers to help patients develop a healthier lifestyle and realize their goals is a sincere privilege.
